My Villa and Resort Canggu

Room was a good size for two people. Clothes hanging plus shelving and drawers. Full length mirror. Spaces for luggage. Bed was comfortable, good bed sheets Balcony with chairs, table and view out to sea. Bathroom a little small but adequate. Good shower - hot water. Toiletries provided. Good towels. Pool is deep. Sunbeds and towels provided. Everything and everywhere was very clean with constant cleaning by staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the beach and access to other streets. This area is quieter, less bars but lots of lovely (healthy) cafes, yoga, some clothes shopping. Breakfast was available in their restaurant, foyer or rooms. Book the evening before. We prefer brunch so didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Here, every guest feels completely safe and comfortable, knowing they will be well taken care of. During our week-long stay, we needed assistance on several occasions, and each time, the villa staff displayed remarkable responsiveness and professionalism. I'd particularly like to highlight one situation: one day, my account was blocked, preventing me from ordering taxis, scooters, or even food delivery. This could have become a serious problem, as I was actively exploring the entire island. But the villa staff didn't hesitate to come to my aid! All day, they ordered transportation for me, no matter where I needed to go, and in the evening, they arranged for dinner delivery. This was incredibly valuable and saved me from immense travel inconveniences. Beyond this challenging situation, the staff always went above and beyond with the small details that make a vacation truly perfect. For example, when it wasn't possible to have breakfast at the restaurant, they seamlessly delivered breakfast directly to our room at the requested time – which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The rooms themselves deserve a special mention: they are always clean and fresh, and housekeeping is done quickly and efficiently. It's also a nice touch that there's always clean drinking water and fresh coffee available in the room. We are immensely grateful to the entire villa team for such a warm welcome, their attentive care, and invaluable assistance in all sorts of situations. For a tourist in an unfamiliar country, this kind of support is truly priceless. We felt completely at home, knowing that we were genuinely cared for. The location was EXCELLENT. Couldn’t have asked for better in Canggu. Just off of a Main Street which led straight to the ocean after a 10 min easy walk. Surrounded by plenty of great cafes. Staff were friendly and helpful, and other than age stains in the sink, the room was very clean.

The best part about this property was the friendly and professional staff. They were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions I had. When I needed to extend my stay, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. The location was fantastic—beaches are just a 5-10 minute walk from the property, and anything else you might need (restaurants, coffee, laundry, convenience stores, etc.) is within walking distance. The main pool area is very nice, and there's an additional pool on the rooftop. I work remotely and had no issues with online meetings during my month-long stay, except for one brief internet outage. They also offer a variety of affordable breakfast options that can be delivered right to your room. Every day, your room is cleaned, and bottled water is provided. For the price, this was an excellent property, and I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff throughout. Nice big room, good shower, comfy bed. Room cleaned each day, 2 free bottles of water each day which was nice. Nice breakfast options. Each booking allows for minimum 2 breakfasts so if you're a solo traveller and hungry you can have 2 options from the menu. Great location for the beach and central to loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. Tons of scooter taxis around so easy to get around other areas in Canggu too for cheap. Get the 'grab' taxi app on Ur phone if U don't wanna haggle on prices. Any questions the reception will help. Really chilled place, Highly recommend
